Overview
Mixxer is a social networking app built around real-world meetups. The website introduces the app — features, about, FAQs and contact — and drives Google Play and App Store downloads with a warm, lifestyle-focused visual identity.
The Problem
Planning group outings is messy: people have different interests and schedules. Mixxer needed a site that made the value instantly clear and converted visitors into app downloads, especially on mobile.
The Solution
Built a mobile-first React site with an immersive hero, clear feature sections, FAQ and contact flows, and prominent store CTAs — using reusable components and CSS Modules for scoped, maintainable styling.
Challenges
- Keeping full-bleed lifestyle imagery fast and readable across screen sizes
- Making download CTAs prominent without overwhelming the content
- Building a reusable section/component system for quick content updates
