Overview
Alreem is the seller-side portal of a UAE-based multi-vendor marketplace. Vendors use it to set up and edit their shop, manage incoming orders and disputes, maintain live and draft inventory, and talk to buyers through a built-in inbox.
The Problem
Sellers needed one place to run their entire shop. Juggling orders, disputes, stock and customer messages across separate tools slowed fulfilment and caused missed messages.
The Solution
Built a React dashboard with a persistent sidebar for every seller workflow — Dashboard, Manage Order, Dispute Order, Inventory, Draft Inventory, Inbox and Edit Shop — all connected to REST APIs with consistent loading and error states and a premium branded look.
Challenges
- Structuring many seller workflows into a navigation that stays simple and predictable
- Keeping order, dispute and inventory views in sync with backend state
- Delivering a luxury brand feel without hurting readability of dense data
Key Learnings
- A clear information architecture matters more than visuals in admin tools
- Agreeing API contracts early prevents integration friction later on
